1. Introduction

Pioggia (operated by Nuvola Di Pioggia SL) maintains an absolute zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) across all of its platforms, applications, contributor networks, and data services.

We implement comprehensive measures to prevent, detect, and report any content or activity that endangers children. This policy applies to all users, contributors, employees, and partners who interact with the Pioggia platform in any capacity.

2. Compliance with Legal and Regulatory Frameworks

Our child safety practices are designed in compliance with, and in support of, the following legal and regulatory frameworks:

• UN Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC)
• COPPA — Children's Online Privacy Protection Act
• GDPR — Including children's data privacy provisions (EU/EEA)
• The Protect Our Children Act (US federal law)
• NCMEC Guidelines — National Center for Missing & Exploited Children
• All applicable local, national, and international laws prohibiting child exploitation

3. Prohibited Content and Activities

The following are strictly prohibited on the Pioggia platform and will result in immediate account termination and, where required, reporting to law enforcement:

• Uploading, distributing, storing, or sharing child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form
• Grooming or sexually exploiting minors through any platform feature
• Coercing or manipulating minors into sharing inappropriate content
• Soliciting minors for sexual purposes
• Creating, submitting, or distributing any content that sexually objectifies minors, including AI-generated, digitally altered, or synthetic content
• Using the platform to facilitate or coordinate any form of child exploitation

4. Detection and Prevention Mechanisms

Pioggia employs a multi-layered approach to detecting and preventing prohibited content:

• AI and machine learning monitoring: Automated scanning of all uploaded content against known CSAM databases and detection models
• Human moderation: Trained professional moderators review flagged content
• Age verification: Measures to verify contributor and user age before participation
• Community reporting tools: In-app mechanisms that allow users to report suspected violations
• Contributor reputation scoring: Behavioral monitoring through our AI Reputation Score system to detect patterns of abuse

5. Reporting and Response Procedures

When prohibited content or activity is detected or reported:

• Content is immediately removed or quarantined upon detection
• The responsible account is suspended pending investigation
• We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies and provide all required disclosures
• Reports are filed with the NCMEC CyberTipline as required by US federal law
• Legal action is taken against violators where appropriate
